DDNG - Terms & Conditions

Standard working day - 9:00am until 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Work which requires out-of-hours working may be charged at an enhanced rate. Rates and /or rate cards are available upon request. “Material” means all photographs, prints, transparencies, images, negatives, digital scans, digital files, design, artwork, montages, drawings, engravings, videos, video files, DVDs, video tapes, digital video files and/or any other photographic or videographic product or other product comprising or containing reproduction of any form of photographic or videographic material, and which has been created by DDNG. Our standard credit terms for our business customers and suppliers are 14 days subject to signed agreement, penalties may be applied to late invoice payments; We do not supply credit terms of any description to the general public and therefore all jobs / work carried out by DDNG must be paid for in full on or prior to the date that the agreed work is to be carried out unless otherwise agreed in writing; All jobs / orders / bookings for photography or video production services must be confirmed firstly by phone and then also by email or in writing; A booking deposit of at least 25% is required at all times for all jobs / orders / bookings – no exceptions; Booking deposits must be paid in full within 72 hours of booking confirmation. If booking deposits are not paid within 72 hours of the booking confirmation then the booking is deemed to be un-secured and DDNG reserves the right to cancel the booking at any stage thereafter and without prior notice to the client or customer;
