DDNG - Terms & Conditions

DDNG reserves the right to withdraw its services regardless of circumstances at any stage and without prior notice if its terms & conditions are not adhered to by the client or customer and we will not accept any responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused to the client or customer as a result of such actions; In the event of a cancellation of a job / order / booking by the Client / Customer, in addition to any entitlement to claim damages for losses arising from such cancellation DDNG shall, in any event, be entitled to retain the deposit paid and / or agreed; Copyright in all Material is retained worldwide by DDNG at all times and nothing shall be deemed as a release, transfer, assignment or other disposal of the DDNG’s rights in the Material, save as: specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions or may otherwise be agreed by DDNG in writing; DDNG shall be entitled to sub-contract its obligations under any given job / order / booking at its discretion. Rates: The minimum stardard charge rate applicable to all services provided directly or indirectly by DDNG (consultancy and other) from photography, video production, web design, seo, social media and pr services etc is €75.00 per hour + Vat unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses may be charged separately. DDNG is a trading name of Forme Group Limited and is registered in Ireland.
